Modalities

The seminar can take place in a residential setting, in a place totally disconnected from everyday life, and/or at a distance.

It takes place over 4 very intense days, alternating group coaching sessions, individual coaching sessions, numerous exercises and role-playing exercises during the 4 days

Managers who become aware of their management style, who know themselves much better and are able to define their individual development plan

A good understanding of the company's expectations of the manager's role.
