Engie is a French industrial energy group. It is the third largest energy group in the world, excluding oil, in 2015. Its main shareholder is the French State, which holds a quarter of the capital (23.64% of the capital and 33.84% of the voting rights of Engie).

Context

Engie holds an annual seminar with all its international HRDs. These moments must be inspiring and allow HRDs to learn together about economic, sociological and technological challenges.

Talentis was referenced to build and animate this important event for the group's HRDs. The event had to be a learning event.
