For several years now, the Veolia Group has wanted to increase the presence of women in management and executive positions.
The WIL (Women In Leadership) programme has aimed since 2017 to: accelerate women's career paths, boost their leadership, retain them and contribute to achieving the Group's gender diversity objectives.
WIL takes place over 9 months and is aimed at female talent with potential for development over the next 3 years.
