Context and objectives of the mission

Veolia is a French multinational company. It offers solutions for the management and recovery of water, waste and energy. It provides solutions for both local authorities and industry. It employs more than 163,000 people on five continents.

For several years now, the Veolia Group has wanted to increase the presence of women in management and executive positions.
The WIL (Women In Leadership) programme has aimed since 2017 to: accelerate women's career paths, boost their leadership, retain them and contribute to achieving the Group's gender diversity objectives.

WIL takes place over 9 months and is aimed at female talent with potential for development over the next 3 years.

Wishing to continue this programme in 2019, the group contacted Talentis to :

  • To provide the 60 participants with a quality leadership programme. It is built around 3 essential pillars : personal effectiveness, business acumen and corporate visibility.
  • To propose modalities combining face-to-face launch and closing days . But also thematic workshops at a distance, individual online coaching for the participants . In parallel, workshops on diversity management and individual online coaching for their managerswill be offered.
