4 days in "hackathon" mode to develop the entrepreneurial qualities of the Group's talents
A major group in the luxury industry, it has more than 50 entities present on all continents and brings together more than 100,000 employees. Talentis has been supporting this company since 2010 in the leadership development of its Talents through, among others, leadership seminars and individual coaching sessions.
In co-creation with the client and partners, we designed a programme enabling the group's talents to experiment with new ways of working inspired by the start-up spirit. This project was driven and supported by the Group Human Resources Department. The team of Talentis coaches was responsible for accompanying the participants in the development of their innovative ideas, from the definition of the problem to the business plan, including prototyping.
The first edition of this programme enabled 60 participants to test their creative energy, their capacity for innovation and to work as a team over 4 days. In addition to crowning 3 particularly innovative projects, this event gave rise to a new state of mind designed to inject even more audacity, creativity and agility into the group's teams.
