Context and objectives of the mission

Amadeus is an international management company for the distribution and sale of travel services. With more than 19,000 employees of 150 nationalities, Amadeus creates solutions that enable airlines and airports, hotels, railways, tour operators and others to run their businesses and enhance the travel experience around the world.

Each year, Amadeus France promotes around thirty managers to the position of Senior Manager. These managers face new challenges that require them to develop certain skills and attitudes.

The Talent Management team at Amadeus France was looking for a solution to support the development of these Senior Managers that could meet 3 criteria:

  • Digital: the group's population is very digital and wanted to benefit from digital and innovative tools
  • Massive and reactive: responding quickly to numerous support needs
  • International: the teams are culturally very diverse and should be able to exchange

We therefore provided the group with our Click & Coach remote coaching platform to accelerate and secure the assumption of duties by their Senior Managers

Modalities

When they take up their duties, the group's senior managers are confronted with some major challenges. These include:

  • Understand the strategic and business dimension of their new role
  • Build a learning strategy with key players in their organisation
  • Identify the priority areas of their leadership developmentstrategy...

Via 5 sessions of 1h30 including a debriefing of their Lumina leadership profile, Senior Managers benefit from a break with a Talentis professional coach. The objective: to take a step back in a very busy day-to-day life to take stock of their posture, their progress and build a long-term success plan.
