Talentis wins the Gold Award of the Grand Prix Syntec Conseil

Valérie Rocoplan, our General Manager, received last night the Gold Award of the #GrandPrixSyntec in the category "Attraction, support and development of Talents" - for the "Trajectory" program designed and deployed by Talentis within the Bouygues Group. The objective of this program is to accelerate and secure the promotion of the group's female talents to management positions (Codir / Comex), and to engage all stakeholders towards more gender diversity in management teams.

At present, the results of this first class are extremely positive and this program will be renewed in 2023:

📣 Coaching over a year of 50 talented future female leaders and stakeholders, #HRDs from different businesses and leaders around #teammixity issues

👩🏻🎓 Increase in women identified in the "future comex" leadership program

📈 Increased promotions and appointments of women to positions of responsibility

💬 Very positive feedback from participants!
